There are a couple of reasons the key may not work: 1) You bought one version of BillingTracker, but have downloaded and installed another version. BillingTracker comes in two versions, Standard and Pro. If your version of BillingTracker has a built-in timer, a 'Manage Materials' screen, and a 'Reports' screen, then you have the Pro version. Another way to tell is to look at the blue bar at the very top of the screen. If it just says 'BillingTracker', then you have the Standard version. If it says 'BillingTracker Pro', then you have the Pro version. If you see that you bought Standard, but installed Pro, you have two options: (1) Uninstall it, download and install the Standard version, and use the key we sent you. You will have to re-type all of your data. (2) Purchase the upgrade to Pro, and get a new key sent. 2) You didn't enter both fields correctly. The unlock code consists of both a 'Name' and 'Key' field. Both must be copy/pasted EXACTLY as they appear in the email. For example, Your Name is different from your name. If neither of these applies to you, please send us a screenshot of the registration screen with your details filled in. You can create a screenshot by pressing the "Print Screen" key (sometimes called Prt Scr), which is usually located in the upper right hand portion of your keyboard. Then open Paint or Word, and Paste the image. Save the file and email it to us.
