How to find the BillingTracker Pro registration code on your old computer

When you purchased BillingTracker Pro we sent you a registration code via email. Hopefully you saved that email, or printed it out. If not, you can still find it on your computer by going into the Windows Registry. Here's how:

1. First of all, don't make ANY changes to the Windows Registry. You can seriously mess up your computer if you do.
2. In Windows XP, click on the START button, then click on Run..., then type regedit and click on OK.
3. In Windows Vista and Windows 7, click on the START button and type regedit in the search bar.
4. The Windows Registry will open in a new window, which has left and right panes. On the left pane, navigate down to:
My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BillingTrackerPro4
5. In the right hand pane, scroll down to these two tokens, and copy them EXACTLY: REGNAME and REGSTRING. You can double click on the token to open it up if you need to, but don't change anything. Note: Upper and lower case matter, so don't copy, for example, YourName when it should be YOURname.
6. Close the Windows Registry.
You are done!
