Using BillingTracker Pro with more than one user is simple. Put a copy of BillingTracker Pro Multi-User on each user's computer, and add the multi-user module to one central computer that everybody is connected to.

The multi-user module is contained in the same download file as BillingTracker Pro. You simply choose it during the installation process. It protects your billing data in three ways:

1) It lets you set different permission levels for different employees. Some people will be able to add and delete information, but others won't be allowed to. You decide.

2) It keeps the information going to and from your database running smoothly. Basically, it prevents the system from grinding to a halt when too many people are trying to use it at the same time. 

3) It backs up your data throughout the day according to a schedule that you set.

Note: When you buy BillingTracker Pro Multi-User, it comes with two unlock codes: for itself and another one for the multi-user module.
