The Languages tab of the Preferences screen is another powerful screen included in BillingTracker Pro.
This screen lets you change any and every word on the invoice, so that it can be tailored exactly to your needs.
BillingTracker Pro includes six different invoice templates and you can download more from our Web site. But sometimes choosing the template format is not enough. Sometimes you want a quick and easy way to change a word or phrase to better suit your firm’s business. The Languages tab fits the bill.
The screen has two radio buttons to let you choose between the default language (English) and your language. You don’t need to fill in every field, only those that you want to change. The two columns show the default English on the left, and whatever you type in as a replacement on the right. For example, you can choose to have the invoice show “bill" instead of the word “invoice" simply by typing bill in the right hand column, next to the word invoice.
