Husband and wife team Steve and Michelle Pincket, both attorneys, run a successful litigation practice in Lakeland, FL. With 15 years experience in running their business, they knew exactly what they needed in a time billing software package: ease of use.

"The support has been great," Steve says. "Our two office computers were purchased at different times. They needed some operating system updates and patches to put them on the same page. BillingTracker's support sent me the links and walked me through the process. They then followed up with both email and telephone contacts."
